We were looking for a way to make a spicy and sweet-sour wheat beer much more exciting than usual. For this we have called in the help of 2 (instead of 1) yeast cultures. It resulted in a pale, slightly sweet and citrus-fruity wheat beer, dry-hopped with two modern hop varieties. A sultry start that goes on to a long fresh aftertaste.
