Brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Nautile, Nantes.
Dublin and Nantes, two historic port cities with deep maritime and Celtic roots, come together in this bold, bitter and aromatic West Coast IPA.
Inspired by the Groac'h, a shape-shifting sea wich from Breton folklore who lures sailors beneath the waves, this beer channels mystery beneath the waves, this beer channels mystery and danger from the deep. Brewed with a double decoction mash and mash hopping, using Golden Pilsner and German Pilsner malt, and finished with tropical Dolcita alongside resinous Simcoe and Idaho 7 for a crisp, assertive finish.
