THE STORY
In the past, beer was drunk like water. Because of the distillation and the alcohol it was much more hygienic. It was filled and tapped from barrels, also called anchors. These were at work for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The alcohol percentage was a bit lower, but it was a party every day, because water is only tasty when it has been through the brewery!
A light, fresh beer with notes of gooseberry, pear and lemongrass and a characteristic aroma of banana and cloves.
